Athletic Physical Information for 2013-2014 School Year
Before
being allowed to participate in interscholastic sports (including
cheerleading and dance) every student must pass an annual athletic
physical. Physicals taken in the spring for the ensuing school
year must be taken after April 1st. All 7th-12th grade
participants are required to have a completed physical on file at
Tri-Valley School.
Reminder: All physicals must be
completed PRIOR to the start of an athletic season. Students
will NOT be allowed to participate/practice until all athletic
forms are completed properly. Athletic packets can be picked up in both the
main office and high school offices of the Tri-Valley School. Please don't
print physical forms from the Internet or use forms from surrounding schools.
If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our Athletic Director, Brad McDonald
at 543-5500 or brad.mcdonald@k12.sd.us

Special Ed Document Destruction
The
Tri-Valley School District will be destroying old special education
records. It is the policy to hold onto special education
records and files for 5 years past a student's anticipated
graduation date. Therefore, all files of students that did (or
would have) graduated in 2008 and attended Tri-Valley School during
all or part of their education will have their records destroyed
after May 31, 2013. Any person wishing to request their
records from the district should contact Lori Jeffers, director of
Special Education by May 31, 2013.
