Tri-Valley School District Student Educational Records Destruction Notice:
The Tri-Valley School District will be making room in their educational filing systems this summer by destroying old special education records. It is Tri-Valley School District’s policy to hold onto special education records and files for 5 years past a student’s graduation date or 5 years of continuous absence from the Tri-Valley School District. Therefore, all educational files of students who graduated in 2018 or have not been enrolled at Tri-Valley for more than 5 years will be destroyed after July 31, 2023. Any person wishing to request their special education records from Tri-Valley School District instead of allowing them to be destroyed should contact Tri-Valley School District prior to July 31, 2023.
