Yesfir Shkinder has earned the Silver Seal of Biliteracy by demonstrating English and Russian proficiency through standardized test scores and a score of higher than 5.0 on the STAMP 4S test (in Russian). This is a high honor given to students who show mastery in multiple languages. She will be given a special seal on her diploma, it will be on her transcripts, and she will receive eight college credits. Yesfir is the first student in the state to receive this honor with Russian and English as her languages. Congratulations Yesfir!
